Writes in English since I know there are a few around here that not yet learned Swedish ;- )

My radiator fan is never spinning.
I realized the aluminum-cap (resistor?) that is connected in series was broken, but replacing it did not make any difference.

Looks like ther are no power coming thru during the charge, and if I got it right the fan should always spin during charge.

So does anyone know if there is a relay somewhere that controls the fan?
Or if it's a common issue that the fan dos not spin and where to look?

Heh! I found my self one who not speak swedish...
If the fan does not spin you can expected broken charger near future.
Shortly; fuse F11, 10A, in the engine room, gives electric. There is two connectors side of the radiator where sometime has been bad contacts. Aluminium thing is pre-resistor so that the fan spinning always low speed when needed. It has connected series with the fan, value something like 2,5 to 3 ohms.
There is three sensor which give starting pulse for fan; two inside of the elbox and one in the corner of the engine room battery box. When some of the sensors feel that the temp rises some +30C it starts the fan. When temp get down to +25C fan stops. Check temp from the radiator cap, elbox side, smaller part of the radiator
Normally there comes so much heat from the charger that the fan working sometimes when outside temp is -20C. Charger produces some 400-500W waist heat when charging 13 or 14 amps from the net.

Hope this helps!

The fan has not been spinning for the three years I have had the car...
Last summer reading on my ReLight showed +37* during a hot day. That was then I realized something might not be as it should. So at least the battery-temp-sensor is OK. And it did not trigger the fan despite the high temperature.

Trying to recall if I found fuse 11 under the steering wheel, if I did, then it was OK.

Yes, There are probably a connection issue at the connectors at the side of the radiator as well. But I have scratched the surfaces and measured, but still no sign of electricity.

I cannot find any numbering on the fuses in the box "2" on the picture.
Is there a relay controlling the fan?

Heijjaa!
Fuse nr F11 is in the engine room fuse box. At the same box there is a relay R4. For the relay points there comes voltage from the fuse box, fuse F2 wire BM02 , and thru the relay points for connecting point 4 and to wire 1513 to the fuse F11. Then from the fuse F11 to wire 1514 to the pre-resistor.
relay R4 coil gets voltage from the same place than relay points. ECU will earthed the relay coil thru the wire 1585 when temp sensors telling ECU to do so.

With Lexia3 you can see both temperatures, elbox and the batteries. Elbox is very important.javascript:emoticon('love')javascript:emoticon('love')

Just came to my mind, with magnifier you can see the wire numbers. They are very small print.
